If you have a positive, professional demeanor and understand the importance of making and keeping loyal customers happy, this opportunity is perfect for you! The ideal candidate has previous experience in the industrial sales industry. Multitask oriented; must have verbal and written communication skills; must have organizational skills or experience in a related position.

salary: $20 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

 Sell products and services to new and existing customers via telephone, fax and email.

 Enter sales orders and quotes into P21.

 Provide pricing and product information as requested.

 Provide customer and outside sales representative with price and updated delivery

information as required.

 Assist walk in customers if needed.

 Ensure that catalog data and pricing provided to the customer is current.

 Follow through with customer inquiries, complaints and discrepancies and ensure all are

handled / corrected in a timely manner.

 Follow up on all customer quotes to determine outcome.

 Attend department or company-wide meetings as required.

 Perform all other duties as requested by supervisor.
