Description In this role will be supporting the Commercial Digital Strategy, increase SpotOn adoption and usage for all customers. They will assist with the creation and monitoring of digital promotions, drive the increase of digital strategy through performance monitoring of the website and demonstrating the benefit of the online tools. They will monitor SpotOn email box and work with internal parties to find solutions to issues that positively impact the customer experience and increase SpotOn usage.

• Facilitate, attend, and follow up on individual customer meetings via phone or Microsoft Teams to promote SpotOn.

• Follow up with sales/trade and/or customers to rectify any regression in performance or rate request activity.

• Collect and provide customer feedback to BPM/HO regarding changes or new features that would help promote SpotOn growth.

• Foster and maintain relationships with all internal departments to ensure a quick resolution when problems arise surrounding SpotOn usage or the Digital Customer segment.

• Monitor SpotOn Email box – Support Only

• MQC Tracking

• SpotOn Promotion Launch

• Promotion Uploads on SP

• Promotion Result Tracking

Skill Sets / Education & Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

• 6+ years of general experience Must have Customer Service, Sales, and Documentation experience.

• Strong communication skills (written, oral, intrapersonal – EMAIL & PPT)

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently.

• Analytical skills using Excel. (i.e. data manipulation, filters, pivot tables)

• SharePoint Experience

• Microsoft Office 365 Suite Requirements Digital sales, Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
