Job Title: Foreman

Job Description

We are currently seeking experienced foremen to join our team. We have multiple openings in various departments, including the utility division and the paving crew. We are also seeking fine grade foremen. These positions are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of construction workers on site.

Hard Skills

• Previous experience as a foreman or field foreman

• Civil construction knowledge

• Experience with pile driving, earth work, utility work

Soft Skills

• Leadership skills

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Norfolk, Virginia.

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors, often in 10-hour shifts. Candidates must be open to working both day and night shifts. The job sites include the i64 Bridge and NIT.
