CACI is actively seeking to hire an Analyst to lead the Command Control Computers communications and Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Modernization Process in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, at the Commander, Naval Surface Forces Atlantic in Norfolk, Virginia.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Serve as CNSL N6 TYCOM C5I Modernization Analyst Lead providing oversight of the C5I Modernization Program (C5IMP) on U.S. Navy ships and AEGIS Ashore activities.

  • Provide specialized expertise in evaluating risk, aligning capabilities to requirements, and executing the C5IMP process.

  • Review, analyze and endorse various requests via Naval message or the Electronic Configuration Control Board (ECCB).

  • Establish and maintain executive level relationships with Systems Commands (SYSCOMS) such as NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR.

  • Represent the TYCOM’s interests at certification events such as Warfare System Installation Assessments (WSIA), and Warfare System Certification Decision (WSCD) events.

  • Oversee development of the TYCOM Quarterly AIT planning message.

  • Represent TYCOM at multiple venues; Navy C5I Modernization Conference (NCMC), NAVSEA baseline locking events, C5IMP directive reviews etc.

  • Support the Force Modernization Officer with all C5ISR Fleet Modernizing efforts.

  • Provide oversite and training for the C5ISR Modernization team.

  • Provide expertise in evaluating risk and executing the C5I Modernization Program (C5IMP) process.

  • Develop internal processes, reading lists and other applicable material to ensure adequate resources are available to the SMEs.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Relevant Degree or equivalent experience.

  • 3-5 years of experience executing the C5IMP practices for TYCOM.

  • Knowledge of US Navy maintenance Methodology.

  • Understanding of reliability principles.

  • Thorough understanding of database building, verification and manipulation as well as Microsoft Project is a plus. Working knowledge of Navy Data Environment (NDE).

  • Ability to support, communicate, and liaison with U.S. Naval Officers, senior enlisted, civil service, and recommend TYCOM positions on all C5IMP issues.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and have advanced written and verbal communication skills.

  • Have advanced working knowledge of all C5IMP related directives such as: NMP-MOM, JFMM, and Fleet 4720.3 series instructions.

  • Must be US Citizen.

  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
