Danfoss Climate Solutions are looking for a HR Director, Business Partner to join our team. You’ll partner with commercial leaders in our Global Sales organization, shaping the culture and organizational strategies that help us stay ahead in a fast-changing world.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll own and drive:

  • Build leaders, not just run processes - Coach, challenge, and stretch leaders so they build high-impact teams. Your job isn’t to fix things for them - it’s to make them better at fixing things themselves.

  • Own your HR processes to meet the business needs - Yes, we have annual HR processes, you ensure they drive strategic execution, support growth, and are used to meet the needs of a fast-moving business.

  • Turn data into action - Turn numbers into insights, analyze trends, use data to make faster, sharper decisions.

  • Think BIGGER - Sales and external markets are evolving, and so are we. Help shape a culture that thrives in uncertainty, embraces learning, and stays ahead of the curve.

  • Bring structure and make things happen - Ensure key strategic initiatives don’t just stay as ideas but are executed and deliver real results.

  • Be the glue in the matrix - Partner with leaders, regional HR teams, peer HRBP’s to ensure HR doesn’t just "support" but actively drives business success.
