Honeywell Inspector - Level 3 in Norcross, Georgia

Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.

Provide Quality Control Inspection support for Honeywell-Norcross site while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform inspections

· Inspect/test parts and raw material

· Monitor and verify quality requirements

· Recommend improvements

· Conform to specifications

· Record observations

· Audit quality control programs

· Use specs and procedures

· Improve quality practices

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person , which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Experience with soldering inspection (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001)

WE VALUE

· SAP user experience. Nonconformance/QN generation.

· FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience a plus

· Knowledge of ISO/AS9100 requirements

· Knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures in quality control inspection field

· Good analytical and creative problem-solving team skills

· Ability to use tools and techniques to perform inspections

· Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

· Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need

· Ability to read technical data, drawings, and specifications
