Description

We are seeking a reliable Help Desk Analyst with experience in basic IT troubleshooting and password resets in Active Directory. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users seeking technical assistance, ensuring that issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the initial point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, email, or chat.

• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, including operating system and application problems.

• Assist users with password resets and account management tasks in Active Directory.

• Document and track support requests and resolutions using our ticketing system.

• Escalate more complex issues to higher-level IT support or relevant departments as needed.

• Provide clear and concise communication to end-users regarding the status and resolution of their support requests.

• Contribute to maintaining an organized and efficient help desk environment.

  Requirements

Proven experience in a help desk or IT support role with a focus on basic troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with password resets and user account management in Active Directory.

Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and standard software applications.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
