responsibilities:

  • Frequent travel required

  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including budget development and adherence.

  • Manage overall project delivery schedule, ensuring timely equipment delivery and installation.

  • Serve as the main contact for leadership, operations, and product coordinators throughout the project.

  • Direct the procurement of necessary equipment and systems, such as walk-in coolers, lighting packages, and security equipment.

  • Handle contract negotiation, project scheduling, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project closeout.

  • Supervise design consultants, general contractors, and service providers, maintaining contractual agreements.

  • Oversee the RFP process, contract awards, and ensure timely execution of pay applications.

  • Schedule and oversee project meetings, site inspections, punch walks, and warranty inspections.

  • Provide weekly project status reports, including progress, schedules, and risk escalation notices.

  • Work with operations leaders to minimize construction impact on business during remodels, ensuring accurate project planning.
