Responsibilities: * * Provide general repair and maintenance services to ensure facilities are maintained in a safe and efficient manner. * Performs general maintenance and repair on facilities involving welding, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, masonry, architectural hardware, irrigation, and other building trades. * Develops prioritized work list of facility maintenance and repair projects. * Performs and documents scheduled, routine and non-routine maintenance and repair work. * Able to safely operate and work from ladders, scaffolding, platforms, and personnel lifts. * Identifies and reports to supervisor repair needs and safety discrepancies when observed. * Maintains accountability and inventory for assigned tools and equipment. * Ensures all work related to the maintenance of buildings and the grounds is accomplished in a clean and safe condition in accordance with company policies, and applicable state and federal regulations and accepted industry guidelines. * Follows all Company Policies and Procedures. * Other duties as assigned by supervisor. *Qualifications: * * The preferred candidate will meet all requirements as a Fuel Truck Driver: o Must possess a Class B CDL with Hazmat Endorsement o Minimum of one year of experience driving straight trucks o Must be able to climb stairs at least 50 feet high o Requires work outside in all types of weather * Experience working on a fuel tank farm is preferred * High School Diploma or GED * Requires HAZWOPER certification. * Ability to wear a half mask negative pressure respirator. * Knowledgeable of fuel and lube types desirable. * Excellent attendance required. * Be able to work overtime. *Salary: Union Scale. * Job: Land Ops *Organization: Crowley USD BU *Title: *Facility Maintenance - Nome Location: AK-NOME Requisition ID: USA00038J
