Job Description

An employer in Nokomis, Florida is looking for a Technical Business Analyst. This person will:

Proactively monitor the ERP systems for potential issues and coordinates resolution with technical resources

Receive and evaluate incoming user requests and reported defects related to the ERP systems

Document business, functional, and technical requirements to support systems implementations and enhancements.

Serves as a primary technical and process SME for systems implementations.

Documents existing and 'to be' systems architecture and process flows.

Assist with testing and managing defect resolution with technical resources as required.

Assists with documentation and training related to system implementation.

Skills and Requirements

Experience as a system analyst, business system analyst, ERP specialist, or similar role

Experience with Frontier ERP, Paradigm ERP, or similar manufacturing ERP system

Experience with configuration within ERP systems

Experience with leading ERP Implementations or supporting ERP systems

Experience handling documentation, interacting with the business in an effective way, and have technical knowledge about ERP systems Glass Operations Experience'''
