Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize complex batch and real-time data pipelines

• Develop and maintain sophisticated ETL processes for multiple data sources

• Create advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views

• Lead the deployment and maintenance of data pipelines on cloud platforms

• Perform advanced performance tuning and optimization of SQL and SSIS processes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement data integration solutions

• Mentor junior team members in SQL development and data integration best practices

• Implement and maintain robust data quality and data governance standards

• Contribute to architectural decisions for data infrastructure

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

• 3-6 years of experience as a Microsoft T-SQL/SSIS Developer or similar role

• Solid expertise with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, and other SQL technologies

• Extensive experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data migration

• Experience with big data processing tools such as Databricks, Kafka, or Airflow

• Proven experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data engineering

• Experience in mentoring junior team members

• Advanced proficiency in SQL programming, including complex query optimization and performance tuning

• Solid understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data integration patterns

• Solid proficiency in at least two object-oriented languages: C#, Python, Scala, or Java

• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills

• Proven excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
