We are looking for (Intermediate) QA Engineers to join a team building the next generation of a growing healthcare platform. We’re looking for you if you’re comfortable working in a collaborative environment where everyone takes responsibility for success in every aspect of our product’s delivery. We build incrementally, deliver by validation, enable through a culture of DevOps.

Primary Responsibilities:

• As the (Intermediate) QA Engineer on an agile team, you will lead an effort of product quality assurance. You will:

• Focus on Systemic / System Testing (End-to-end Testing)

• Collaborate with cross functional team engineers and QA Lead to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and expectations

• Develop and maintain automated tests end to end for our product portfolio in DevOps environment

• Designs, develops, and executes manual/automated software test plans, and test cases

• Automate system testing and reporting

• Report, track, and verify defects

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience working in quality assurance

• 3+ years hands-on experience with automation frameworks

• 3+ years of experience in object-oriented programming language

• Experience working in a Kanban/Scrum/Agile environment (CI/CD and DevOps - nice to have)

• Experience with Agile SDLC, QA processes, and CI/CD

• Experience defining and maintaining Github.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code software, Terraform and/or CloudFormation

• Experience working in an Azure hosting environment

• Bonus points for experience developing operational tools & monitoring for highly available services

• Expert knowledge in relational databases (SQL preferred)

• Expert knowledge in API

• Expert in testing functional, integration regression and CI/CD pipeline

• Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation

• Proven excellent level of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in the following tools: Rally, GitHub, Postman, Selenium, Javascript, Cucumber BDD, Test Complete

• Knowledge about Healthcare domain

• A team player with coherent communication skills

• Proven success working in a global team environment

• Proven excellent level of written and spoken English

• Curiosity drives you to go beyond your immediate assignments and actively learn more about the systems and applications you support

• Cypress or Playwright or Selenium testing library experience is preferred

• Proven passion to use and improve automation
