We are looking for QA Lead and (Senior) QA Engineers to join a team building the next generation of a growing healthcare platform. We’re looking for you if you’re comfortable working in a collaborative environment where everyone takes responsibility for success in every aspect of our product’s delivery. We build incrementally, deliver by validation, enable through a culture of DevOps.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • As the (Senior) QA Engineer on an agile team, you will lead an effort of product quality assurance. You will:

  • Focus on Systemic / System Testing (End-to-end Testing)

  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to understand requirements, acceptance criteria, and expectations

  • Develop and maintain automated tests end to end for our product portfolio in DevOps environment

  • Designs, develops, and executes manual/automated software test strategies, plans, and test cases

  • Automate system testing and reporting

  • Report, track, and verify defects

  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working in quality assurance.

  • 4+ years hands-on experience with automation frameworks

  • 4+ years of experience in object-oriented programming language

  • 1+ years of experience in Healthcare domain

  • Experience working in a Kanban/Scrum/Agile environment (CI/CD and DevOps - nice to have)

  • Expert knowledge in relational databases (SQL preferred)

  • Expert knowledge in API

  • Expert in testing functional, integration regression and CI/CD pipeline.

  • Ability to create clear and concise technical documentation

  • Proven excellent level of written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience defining and maintaining Github

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code software, Terraform and/or CloudFormation

  • Experience working in an Azure hosting environment

  • Bonus points for experience developing operational tools & monitoring for highly available services

  • Proficiency in the following tools: Rally, GitHub, Postman, Selenium, Javascript, Cucumber BDD, Test Complete

  • Proven team player with coherent communication skills

  • Cypress or Playwright or Selenium testing library experience

  • Experience with Agile SDLC, QA processes, and CI/CD

  • Possess a drive and passion for quality with the ability to inspire, excite and motivate other team members

  • Proven success working in a global team environment

  • Proven excellent level of written and spoken English

  • Curiosity drives you to go beyond your immediate assignments and actively learn more about the systems and applications you support

  • Proven passion to use and improve automation
