Key Result Areas

  • Estimate, manage, plan, and monitor Low side MEP aspects of Interior Fit out project.

  • Supervise and control of all MEP Construction works on daily basis for smooth functioning and reporting to all stakeholders.

  • Good in both Verbal and written communication skills

  • Co – ordination with all relevant stakeholders

  • Review of ME drawings and checking material specification as per BOQ and Technical Specs.

  • To co-ordinate all design and manage the progress of its development in accordance with the specification

  • Ensuring smooth project closure activities

  • Managing the quality of work on site by monitoring the materials, crafts skills, methods and procedures of the various contractors, sub-contractors, nominated contractors and suppliers.

  • Advice on the need for appropriate quality assurances schemes, defect insurance and product guarantees/warranties while ordering.

  • Plan, prepare and conduct quality audits.

  • Verification and review of corrective and preventive actions for quality observations

Experience

  • Min. 10 – 12 years of MEP experience with hands on experience in construction of Corporate Interior Fit Out Project

  • Should have previously managed minimum 2 assignments from inception till handover

Technical / Soft Skills required

  • Knowledge of Technical specifications and hands on Experience on Low side MEP works (Including HVAC, Electrical, FAS/PA, PFF Etc.)

  • Preferred with hands on Testing & Commissioning of MEP Equipment

  • Implementation of safety procedures

  • Solution provider

  • Effective Coordinator

  • Intrapersonal & Active Listening Skills

  • Ability to work on MSP, Auto CADD, MS Office
