Oracle Managing Principal Consultant in NOIDA, India
Job Description
This role requires a balance of technical, management, and business skills to effectively lead a team and deliver high-quality Siebel projects in the Telecom industry.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in OSS development and management, including at least 3 years in the Telecom industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSS & Network technologies, including OSM, UIM , ASAP, and workflows.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Certifications in Oracle OSS products and project management are a plus.
Strong knowledge of Communications and OSS domain.
Strong knowledge of Network domain such as Wireless, Cable, DSL, VoIP.
Strong knowledge of OSS Fulfillment, Activation COTS applications, their purpose and use in telecom operators.
Experience with OSS Products across Inventory / Order management / Activation / Provisioning applications
Experience of Automation SDLC to perform code build, Test and deployment using CI tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
Good to have if Knowledge in Oracle Communications RODOD /RSDOD / SNO solution and Service and Network Orchestration Fulfillment Solution SNO
Effective customer interfacing and inter-personal skills
Strong communication skills to deal with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners
Willing to travel

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee the progress of multiple projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the clients' satisfaction. This includes coordinating with other teams, resolving any issues or conflicts, and reporting on project status.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Siebel developers, architects, and other technical staff. This includes assigning tasks, providing feedback, and ensuring the team has the necessary resources and training.
Business Analysis: Understand the clients' business needs and translate them into technical requirements. This includes working closely with clients, business analysts, and architects to design and implement effective Siebel solutions.
Technical Expertise: Have a thorough understanding of Siebel technologies, Telecom industry practices, and project management methodologies. This knowledge should be used to provide guidance to the team and make informed decisions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of the projects by reviewing the design and code, conducting tests, and managing any issues or defects.
