Stanley Black and Decker Lider de control de inventarios in Nogales, Mexico

■ Coordina ciclo cuentos diarios y mensuales a través del personal asignado y asegura se reflejen los resultados en sistema.

■ Análisis de inventarios en los resultados de los cicolcuentos diarios que se le reportan. Publica a los involucrados.

■ Realiza diferentes tipos de ajustes en sistema basado en los resultados de ciclocuentos.

■ Mantiene estrecha comunicación con los departamentos de produccion para dar seguimiento continuo a sus solicitudes de ajustes.

■ Verifica que se siga el plan ABC diariamente.

■ Coordinar disposición de inventario obsoleto a través de cambios de ingeniería.

■ Participa conciliación de inventarios en sistema de Aduanas y Materiales.

■ Elaboración de ordenes de producción para ensambles u ordenes de servicio (Shell).

■ Participa en la coordinación de actividades para la realización de inventarios físicos.

■ Actualización de reportes de métricos, necesarios para analizar tendencias del departamento.

■ Revisión y elaboración de desviaciones en el sistema IQS.

■ Da seguimiento a los ajustes necesarios por reconciliación de Producto Terminado.

■ Ajustes de los REP BOMs para mantener exactitud de inventario.

■ Control de localizaciones virtuales temporales de materia prima.

■ Publica semanalmente reportes de Scrap y ajustes de inventarios a los departamentos afectados.

■ Coordina la disposición física de Scrap mensual solicitado por Corporativo.

■ Monitorea el valor en ajustes para cuidar el presupuesto en medida de lo posible.
