PURPOSE OF POSITION
Coordinador de recursos humanos es un profesional que apoya al departamento de recursos humanos en diversas tareas y proyectos relacionados con las relaciones con los empleados, la contratación, la formación, los beneficios y el cumplimiento.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Apoya en la planificación, implementación y evaluación de políticas y programas de recursos humanos.
Responder a las consultas y quejas de los empleados al tiempo que brindan orientación sobre asuntos de recursos humanos.
Preparación de informes y presentaciones KPI.
Participación en proyectos de RRHH como el compromiso de los empleados, la diversidad y la inclusión, el bienestar y el reconocimiento.
Revisión de las evaluaciones de personal por antigüedad y desempeño.
Coordinación y ejecución de todos los eventos internos de la planta incluyendo los deportivos.
Coordinación de la comunicación interna de la planta.
Seguimiento a contratos temporales.
Apoyo en la revisión y aplicación de sanciones disciplinarias.
Coordina y administra el programa de beneficios.
Control y administración de contratos temporales
Control de transporte: monitoreo, facturación y atención a las diferentes necesidades.
Control de cafetería: monitoreo y atención a las diferentes necesidades.
Elaboración de reporte de Headcount - Estadísticas diario.
Auditorías y revisión mensual de movimientos ante el IMSS.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
Licenciatura en recursos humanos, administración de empresas, psicología o un campo relacionado.
