Responsible for Quality Assurance to optimize Quality processes and Systems as well as managing Warranty, Supplier Quality, Maintenance and Facility Management.

1.Collaborate closely with team member and keep making continuous improvement on quality system;

2.Establish a robust feedback machan for customer satisfaction data;

3.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of product non-conformity and system deficiency;

4.Participate in new supplier choice;

5.Evaluate supplier performance. According to PPM.8D quantity. Shipping control. Cost recovery. Safety launch and so on;

6.Dispose customer complaint which related supplier and process control;

7.Monitor sending back supplier’s non-confirming parts;

8.In-coming inspect management;

9.Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of outsourcing product non-conformity and system deficiency;

10.Seek opportunities for continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques;

11.Ensure high maintenance standard of production equipment as well utilities and buildings in order to ensure reliable operation of the factory;

12.Develop and maintain predictive and preventive maintenance plans for the complete facility ensuring high uptime;

13.Support on ISO14001 and ISO45001 implementation;

14.Be responsible for the establishment of specific work rules to reduce task risks, and be responsible for his management areas, machines, employees. Hold the related EHS training and ensure the implementation of work rules; Facilitate routine workplace safety inspection. Identify any hazard and take corrective actions; Encourage employees to involve in establishment, implementation and modification of safety and operation rules; Performance appraisals use established EHS measurements and objectives, Timely investigation of accident and correction of root causes; Attend and participate in safety meeting and trainings; Specific presentation is included in individual TMS and job description.

Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
