System Verification Engineer, Unified Communications

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; a masters

degree is preferred.

A minimum of 7 years of total experience in quality engineering, system testing, or a

related technical field. About 2+ years in a quality leadership role leading and

growing a geographically dispersed team.

Unified Communications (UC) Expertise:

Extensive experience with Unified Communications platforms, specifically

Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

In-depth understanding of UC system architectures, protocols, and

integrations.

Proven experience in testing and ensuring the quality of UC solutions,

focusi g on performance, reliability, and user experience.

Audio Quality: Expertise in testing and validating audio quality, including

noise cancellation, echo reduction, and audio clarity in various UC

scenarios.

Camera Quality: In-depth knowledge of camera technologies and experience

in testing camera quality, including resolution, frame rate, autofocus, and

low-light performance.

Video Quality: Proficiency in assessing and ensuring high video quality,

including resolution, latency, and smoothness of video streams, as well as

optimizing video performance for different network conditions.

Familiarity with UC hardware and software interoperability issues and

solutions.

Ability to develop and execute comprehensive test plans that address the

unique requirements of UC environments.
