• Salary: $155,745-194,681 plus annual target bonus

  Position Responsibilities:  

• Provide visionary leadership and direction for Shared Business Services Operations, which includes i nvoice to Cash, Accounts Payable, Marketing Incentives, Customer Contract Management and Procurement.

• Directly responsible for a large team leading and driving operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across shared business service processes to achieve operational KPIs and metrics

• Oversee the centralized delivery of business shared services, ensuring the highest standards of service quality and operational efficiency across the organization

• Recruit, hire, and retain high-performing teams with a focus on team building and employee engagement within each process area

• Drive process optimization initiatives and standardize Shared Business Services processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for ongoing organizational needs

• Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align Shared Business Services with business unit requirements and strategic objectives

• Conduct monthly operating reviews to evaluate KPIs, project status, and operational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for innovation and automation

• Travel up to 10% of the time

• Other duties as assigned

  Required Education and Experience:  

• Bachelor’s D egree with 10 plus years of experience in a service center environment or related area and 6 plus years of management experience or H igh S chool Diploma/G eneral E ducation D iploma with 13 plus years of experience and 7 plus years of management experience

  Preferred Education and Experience:   

• Master’s D egree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Lean Six Sigma experience or certificatio n
