Trinity Health FirstChoice Mobile Resource Team - ICU RN in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania

Are you an experienced ICU RN looking for flexible opportunities in the Philadelphia area?

FirstChoice is the internal travel program and float pool offered through Trinity Health System with available opportunities in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Float/Work at 2-4 Local Hospitals:

St. Mary Medical Center – Langhorne, PA

Nazareth Hospital – Philadelphia, PA

Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital – Darby, PA

St. Francis Hospital – Wilmington, DE

Schedule Options:

Per Diem -

Option 1 – Minimum of 24 hours per month

Option 2 – Minimum of 60 hours per month

No Weekends or Holidays required

Requires floating to minimum of 2 regional sites.

Assignments –

Select between 24 or 36 hours per week (12 hour shifts)

Select between 8 or 12 week assignments.

Based at one location for duration of assignment.

Includes every other weekend rotation.

Interested in traveling to other states? You can transfer to the National Program and travel to other Trinity Health sites across the country. (Must meet requirements to join National Program)

How to Qualify:

  1. Minimum of 2 years current RN experience within an acute care hospital ICU.

  2. Valid Pennsylvania RN License for PA Hospitals; Valid Delaware Single State or Compact License for DE Hospital.

  3. Valid BLS, ACLS & NIHSS Certifications through American Heart Association.

  4. Willingness to Float.

  5. Cannot hold a concurrent position at Trinity Health facility.
