What You'll Be Doing

• Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

• Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical issues under supervision.

• Support team members in enhancing equipment performance.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.

• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times

What Are We Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
