What You'll Be Doing
Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
Learn to diagnose and repair mechanical issues under supervision.
Support team members in enhancing equipment performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
What Are We Looking For
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
