East Bay Community Action Program Dental Receptionist- Lead in NEWPORT, Rhode Island
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Lead Dental Receptionist for our Dental Center at 19 Broadway in Newport, RI. The Lead will provide all reception and clerical duties to support the operation of the Dental clinic and/or mobile sites. Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice, to adhere to protocols at all times in line with the company goals and mission.
The Lead will perform all duties assigned to Receptionist Clinical (Dental) including train new staff on dental protocols, NextGen EDR, etc., assist Dental Practice Manager to organize and prioritize receptionist's daily duties and/or projects, reconcile daily receipts with Finance Department per established requirements, prepare reports as directed by Dental Practice Manager, assist Dental Practice Manager to create work schedules that ensure appropriate coverage for all hours of operation, update clinical staff schedules to accommodate expected and unexpected absences, meetings, etc., inventory and order clinical and administrative supplies as needed.
The Lead Dental Receptionist must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required, and familiarity with medical records would be helpful. The successful applicant will receive training in NextGen which is EBCAPs electronic medical record.
