Job Description:

Provide primary medical care services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of the Health Center. Provide direct patient care as the NP for the Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program and holistic primary medical care for families and clients across the lifespan, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention, and managing acute and chronic diseases.

• Location: Newport, OR

• Start: ASAP, or upon completion of credentialing

• Schedule: Weekdays | Typical Business Hours

• Patient Volume: Approximately 10-14 ppd

  Requirements:

• Must have experience in Addiction Treatment

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon

• 1 year of experience preferred

• DEA
