Provide support to individuals, families, and community partners through clinical counseling and case management services, focusing on connecting clients with necessary resources and ensuring the coordination of care. REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor\'s degree in a social behavioral field with training in behavioral health. Two to three years of clinical treatment experience in behavioral health. Must be classified as a Qualified Mental Health Associate and obtain an Oregon Driver\'s License within 30 days of hire. PREFERENCES -Bilingual and/or bicultural competencies for the Latino population. DUTIES -Develop and implement child and family team plans. Conduct case management, including assessing needs, linking to services, and facilitating crisis response. Maintain Integrated Service Array case files and gather relevant data. Create linkages to services and provide advocacy support for families. Lead and participate in team meetings and community activities to address population needs. HOURS -Full-time. PAY -\$27.15 - \$36.47 per hour. -Comprehensive benefit package including vacation, holiday, and sick leave as well as medical, dental, vision which is paid at 90% by the County and 10% by the employee. Other fully paid benefits include life, AD& D, long-term disability insurance. Other optional insurances are available. A 401K retirement plan is also provided. The County\'s current contribution rate is 11%. Regular and Trial Service employees working between 20 - 39 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for pro-rated employee benefits.
