Job Responsibilities:
Rolling burritos, prepare onions and sauce, brewing Iced Coffee/Iced Tea
Organizing and keeping the prep area clean and decluttered
Follow food safety practices and prepping necessary food products
Stocking inventory appropriately
Understanding and reading prep charts on E-production
Panning up product in proper storage containers correct amounts, and swapping them out for new when needing replenished on table
Cleaning breakfast dishes
Job Ideal for someone who is:
Dependable and detail orientated
Effective communication skills to the management about low stock levels
Availability early mornings and weekends
Able to lift up to 10 lbs
