Robert Half Billing Supervisor/Manager in Newport Beach, California
Description We are seeking a Billing Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Newport Beach, California. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the management of our billing processes. You will be working with various accounting software systems and will be expected to ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer applications and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records.
• Handle client inquiries regarding billing issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Use accounting software systems such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage customer accounts.
• Utilize systems like Aderant, Prebill Manager, Serengeti, and Tymetrix to enhance billing processes.
• Ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Conduct regular audits of customer accounts to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Manage customer accounts, monitoring for any discrepancies or issues that need addressing.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline the billing process, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Handle other accounting functions as necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with CRM
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Experience with About Time
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in Auditing
• Ability to supervise and manage a team
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Relevant work experience in a similar role.
