10 Stone Production Cutter and Fabricatorspositions available. The Stone Production Cutter and Fabricators will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, fabrication and polishing custom granite, marble, quartz and stone countertops. They will be responsible for quality control and verifying depths and dimensions of cuts to ensure adherence to customer specifications and/or blueprints. They will cut, shape, drill holes, cut/carve moldings and groves in stone according to diagrams and patterns. Utilizing machinery, they will guide nozzles over the stone by following stencil outlines or chip along marks to work stone surfaces down to specified finishes. They will also smooth stone surfaces using rubbing stones and dress stone surfaces using bushhammers.

Worksite Locations: Work will be performed in Newnan, Coweta County, GA.

Wage Offer and Availability of Overtime Pay: An hourly wage of $22.30 per hour will be paid for this position. Overtime hours may vary and will be paid at 1.5 times the regular hourly rate. Benefits: The employer will offer standard employee benefits in accordance with company policy.

Single Workweek Pay: The employer will use single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.

Frequency of Pay: Workers will be paid every other Friday (Bi-Weekly).

Deductions from the Worker's Paycheck:

The employer will make all deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law. Additionally, the employer will provide workers with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the duties assigned without charge or deposit.

Inbound/Outbound Transportations and Subsistence: If worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will either arrange or pay directly for transportation and subsistence, or will advance at a minimum the most economical and reasonable common carrier costs of the transportation, and subsistence before the worker's departure, or will reimburse the worker from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to help place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. During travel, daily meals will be provided at a value /rate of at least$15.88 per day to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

First Work Week Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers, at no charge or deposit, all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

th Guarantee: The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12 -week period of the total employment period. Workers who are terminated for cause or who voluntarily abandon their job are not entitled to this guarantee if employer provides timely notification to the NPC and DHS.
