As a Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will bring your in-depth expertise in CAPEX and project accounting, along with costing and statutory reporting, to guide our financial strategies. Responsibilities

As a Project Accounting Lead, job duties include:

  • Lead the financial management of capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project accounting, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and analysis of project costs throughout their lifecycle.

  • Utilize basic costing principles to assess and analyze cost structures, providing insights to optimize budget allocations and improve financial performance.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of statutory financial reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and forecasting related to CAPEX projects, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers and operational leaders, to align financial strategies with business objectives.

  • Provide training and guidance to finance team members on CAPEX, costing, and statutory reporting processes, fostering a culture of financial awareness and compliance.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in CAPEX & project accounting, with an advanced understanding of relevant financial regulations.

  • Experience in statutory reporting and compliance with local and international financial standards.
