DWA Tax Consultants Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant in Newark, Ohio

Reports To: Owner of small Accounting firm We are seeking a highly organized and efficient part-time Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant to support our executive team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease. Part-time with mid-day hours Job Summary The Part-Time Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the executive team. This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Administrative Support: - Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. - Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls, on behalf of the executive team. - Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. - Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.  - Will be the voice for the Owner to help maintain customer service levels.  -Personal Assistance: - Assist with personal tasks and appointments for the executive as needed. - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. - Project Management: - Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team. - Coordinate and collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Qualifications: - Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. - Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - High level of discretion and confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team. - Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. Additional Information: -Hours: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules. Location: This role may work on-site, and some remote work may be required.
