Description RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain a detailed understanding of the Bank's policies and compliance programs such as complaints, social media, incentive plans, E-sign act, UDAAP, etc. Develop and maintain a process to drive initial and ongoing adherence to policies and programs with each line of business Work with business leaders to develop implementation plans and drive accountability to progress against those dates Coordinate with line of business leaders and respective Business Risk & Control Analysts to identify gaps and plans of action to align with cross-line of business policies and programs Develop and produce reporting to provide tracking and awareness to the status of implementation and outstanding gaps to drive attention and re-prioritization of business resources as necessary Interact with and influence senior level leaders in the implementation of certain procedures of processes to drive consistency in approach where appropriate across the bank Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks. Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards. Other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Analytical Thinking Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities Problem/Situation Analysis Strategic Planning and Decision Making Leadership/Management Skills Ability to influence others Ability to build collaborative relationships Ability to work as part of a team EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. 4-6 years' experience in financial services industry, preferably in project/program management, risk management, compliance, internal audit, quality control/assurance, or an operations function. 4-6 years' experience managing staff and interaction with senior level leaders a plus. SCHEDULE Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This position is exempt and full-time. A minimum 40 hours is required per week. This position can be hybrid or fully remote. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers.
