Machine Operator – Hiring Now!

Location: Newark, NY

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hr

Aerotek is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Machine Operators . If you have experience in soldering, assembly, or working in a production environment, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of wires to electrical connectors and PCBs.

• Assemble electromechanical units as required.

• Review and complete necessary production paperwork with attention to detail.

• Follow moderately complex assembly instructions and guidelines.

• Operate machinery as needed for efficient production.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with soldering.

• General production and assembly experience.

• Familiarity with Surface-mount technology (SMT) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Work Environment:

• Shift Availability: 1st shift available

• Newly upgraded cafeteria, lighting, and facility.
