EMPLOYER: Royal Canin USA, Inc.JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Planning DirectorLOCATION: Newark, NJJOB DUTIES: Develop and grow the next generation of supply chain leaders to build the North America Supply Leadership pipeline. Collaborate with cross functional peers, VPs, Regional President, BU GMs, and critical Global stakeholders to drive people, process, and system transformation within planning. Create, deploy, and embed 3 years end to end planning strategy that delivers best in class service, differentiated by customer requirements. Leverage global capabilities to drive a digital and automation agenda in supply planning. Anticipate and mitigate capacity constraints. Deliver service performance through Integrated Planning and Control Methodology to enhance internal systemic Work Processes and Information Systems for executional excellence to effectively plan all resources to balance Cost, Cash and Service. Develop the best practice SOPs for effective management of inventories, planning, master data management, planning systems logic and ongoing Supply Planning team development. Lead inventory planning to develop optimization to drive cash benefits. Build robust supply planning road maps by incorporating next generation digital tool and ERP system.REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Management, Business, Logistics, or related field and 5 years in any job title involving experience in global Supply chain management in the consumer-packaged goods industry. Prior experience must also include: Experience in Supply Planning large network; Experience in leading a large network team in Supply Chain; Experience in End-to-End process, including demand planning, supply planning, raw materials, packing materials and finished goods; Experience in Financial management in business analytics; Experience implementing ERP system; Experience reporting into C Suite organizations officers with sales in excess of $20 billion dollars; Experience managing inventory levels in excess of $100 million dollars; Experience leading teams up to director level; and Managing Stock Keeping Unit count in excess of 750 finished goods. Up to 25% domestic and international travel for attending meetings, workshops, team engagement, and management required.
