As a key member of the Prudential Financial Digital Accessibility Office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ADA Governance model. Your efforts will be instrumental in the continuous improvement of our program to ensure that all digital assets adhere to our accessibility standards, guidelines, and regulations.
The current employee work arrangement for this position may be Fully Virtual or Hybrid aligned with a Prudential office. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Uphold Enterprise Standards:Ensure the maintenance and adherence to the Enterprise Standard for digital assets by collaborating with internal experts and the WCAG Executive Review Board, adapting to the evolving ADA landscape.
Record-Keeping Excellence:Maintain comprehensive records and artifacts in alignment with the Enterprise Standard requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner closely with Accountable Executives, Accessibility Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), control partners, product teams, testing teams, and application owners to provide comprehensive reports on program status to senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Vendor Coordination: Work collaboratively with Vendor Governance and Vendor Engagement Managers to implement strategic action plans for third-party content, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
Governance SharePoint Management:Oversee and manage the Governance SharePoint site, ensuring it serves as an effective resource for maintaining program integrity and accessibility information.
Compliance Advocacy:Act as a champion for the compliance framework, ensuring the integrity of the program through proactive engagement and advocacy.

The salary range for this role is from $115,800.00 to $172,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
