What You'll Get To Do: Increase sales revenue volume and velocity at assigned distributors: Manage product mix Manage efficient inventory levels Manage SCM Comprehensive distribution account management Corporate HQ and all branch: Manage, Maintain, Control the DistributorAnalytical analysis of Market Competitor DTAM POS POA Price Inventory etc: Product level analysis Branch level analysis Manage distributor promotions programs and special product incentive plans: Manage all Panasonic staff activities at distribution sites Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to support of goals above Increase customer satisfaction Forecasting FY budget and MTP Accurate forecasting CRM ReportingWork with sales to follow up on specific focus opportunities: Marcom and or COOP Work with marketing to create an annual plan and or schedule: Financial Assure collection ratio in line with PIC goals Minimize credit losses Minimize inventory losses Maximize profits What You'll Bring: Education and Experience: At least 5 years experience Strong sales discipline and negotiation capabilities Experience managing through outside sales channels distributor and or rep Strong analytical skills Trend and systematic analysis Strong project management skills Capable of managing large distributor What We Offer: Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits Pet Insurance Paid Parental Care Leave Employee Referral Program Educational Assistance Flexible Work Program Volunteer time Off Casual Dress Code Total Well Being Program #LI- #LI-HD1 Panasonic is proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
