Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of significant modernization programs. Your leadership will ensure the seamless delivery of complex solutions that meet our high standards and drive our business forward . This position will be full-time and hybrid.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-level modernization programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives

  • Oversee the full program life cycle, from conception through to delivery and post-implementation analysis

  • Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective collaboration and communication

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports

  • Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in program management and encouraging innovative solutions

  • Engage with senior leadership to provide updates, gather feedback, and align program deliverables with business goals

  • Manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and expenditures stay within financial constraints

  • Champion the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization to support modernization efforts

What You'll Need

Required:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale modernization projects

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • In-depth understanding of program management methodologies and best practices

  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a complex organizational environment

  • Familiarity with modern technology landscapes, including cloud services, enterprise software, and agile development methodologies

  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights and recommendations

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet program objectives

Preferred:

  • A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
