We are looking for a Senior Program Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of significant modernization programs. Your leadership will ensure the seamless delivery of complex solutions that meet our high standards and drive our business forward . This position will be full-time and hybrid.
What You’ll Do
Lead the planning and implementation of enterprise-level modernization programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Oversee the full program life cycle, from conception through to delivery and post-implementation analysis
Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective collaboration and communication
Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project plans, budgets, timelines, and progress reports
Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices in program management and encouraging innovative solutions
Engage with senior leadership to provide updates, gather feedback, and align program deliverables with business goals
Manage program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively, and expenditures stay within financial constraints
Champion the adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization to support modernization efforts
What You'll Need
Required:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale modernization projects
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
In-depth understanding of program management methodologies and best practices
Experience with budget management and resource allocation in a complex organizational environment
Familiarity with modern technology landscapes, including cloud services, enterprise software, and agile development methodologies
Ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights and recommendations
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to travel as needed to meet program objectives
Preferred:
- A Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
