In this position, you will ensure that all lab processes meet our high group standards and uphold our ISO 9001 accreditation. Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and managing documents to ensure compliance with quality management systems.

• Facilitate the transition of documents to a new documentation management database.

• Ensure adherence to records management standards both on-site and at off-site storage.

• Oversee QC testing of incoming raw materials prior to lab usage.

• Develop and implement training programs to ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.

• Conduct internal audits to identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions, including equipment calibration scheduling.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field or four years of relevant work experience in a scientific capacity

• Lab experience

• Prior experience with ISO 9001 is preferred

• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication
