ManpowerGroup Maintenance Technician in Newark, Delaware

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Newark, DE

Pay Rate: $20-$34/hr based on years of experience

Shift: Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM, mandatory OT on Fridays

Join us in transforming energy management for business and communities. Our advanced energy platform focuses on resiliency, sustainability, and predictability. We're seeking an Equipment Maintenance Technician to maintain and enhance our manufacturing equipment. This role reports to the equipment maintenance supervisor and is fully on-site in Newark, DE.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair analog and electronic equipment in SOFC manufacturing

  • Perform machine installations and modifications

  • Execute and track preventative maintenance activities

  • Report equipment issues and suggest improvements

  • Ensure compliance with Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

  • Manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Compliance with PPE is required

Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required, technical certification preferred

  • 3+ years in manufacturing environment preferred

  • Proficiency with small hand tools and PC based testing equipment

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
