ManpowerGroup Logistics Coordinator in Newark, Delaware

Job Title: Outbound Logistics Coordinator

Location: Newark, DE

Pay Rate: $23-$25/HR

Shift: 1st shift, Monday - Thursday 7AM - 5:30PM, mandatory OT on Fridays

We are seeking an experience outbound logistics coordinator to manage and optimize the logistics of customer shipments. The role involves coordinating with third-party suppliers and carriers, executing import/export duties, and ensuring timely delivery to installation sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate drop shipment deliveries, meeting time and cost goals.

  • Manage import/export duties for domestic and international shipments.

  • Monitor customer requirements, update tracking databases, and process ticket requests.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to prepare and track finished goods for shipment.

  • Document the physical state of units before shipping specialized equipment.

  • Perform shipment record transactions in Oracle and create compliance documentation.

  • Assist in delivery planning for large customer sites and month-end logistics documentation.

  • Organize digital and paper files related to shipments and process logistics invoicing.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience.

  • Proficiency with electronic inventory systems; Oracle preferred.

  • Experience with domestic and international shipping of complex products.

  • Familiarity with freight forwarding and transportation carriers.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and interact effectively with stakeholders.

  • Strong self-starter with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
