Our client is seeking a Fill/Pack Operator 1 to join their team. As a Fill/Pack Operator 1, you will be part of the Production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Fill/Pack Operator 1

Location: Newark, DE 19702

Pay Range: $18.45 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate fill production manufacturing equipment.

• Inspect and package finished products.

• Verify raw materials to ensure correct components and quantities.

• Troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues with support personnel.

• Follow production area procedures and comply with regulatory standards.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail and the ability to perform quality checks.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
