Kforce Telephony Program Manager in Newark, California

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Telephony Program Manager in Newark, CA.Responsibilities: * Manages Telephony program design and structure to align with organizations' key initiatives and projects within the assigned group, develops strategic input for the Leadership team regarding business objectives of partners for both current and future projects * Oversee and manage all telephony requests and projects involving new phone numbers, call flow, timing and rollout, and feature function analyses for the business * Should have Bachelors degree * Someone who has the technical knowledge on how configurations perform, deploying; When rolling out contact centers, they are guided on the build that they need to build the business requirements * Have quite a few rollouts/migrations from Avaya to Cisco (UCC) Requires a lot of coordination to move projects forward * Someone who can own the program Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
