Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.

As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. As such, we are creating a new Corporate Program Product Management organization to bring together all core corporate payment products including corporate cards, central billing solutions (BTA), and virtual cards. The team will spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US MM customers.

The Director, Virtual Payments Product Management will define and drive the evolution of our virtual payments strategy and global products (vPayment and proprietary Distributed Virtual Card) in response to a rapidly evolving virtual payments market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the strategy, positioning and commercial growth plan for vPayment & DVC Products

  • Launch our first proprietary DVC offering in US and establish clear roles & responsibilities across teams for delivery and ongoing management in coordination with partner channel DVC offerings

  • Define priority DVC proprietary markets and path to a global coverage value proposition

  • Build business case to support strategic investment for future product enhancements in both vPayment and DVC and partner with PD & Tech to prioritize and launch new features to meet our customers’ evolving needs

  • Develop, own and manage the virtual payments DVC reporting and performance tracking in close partnership with Finance and SPT

  • Own/manage the vPayment P&L and deploy a rigorous global pipeline management process and use-case tracking to capture net-new spend through opportunity closure

  • Partner closely with various functional teams including: GCO, Compliance, Servicing, Implementations, Field, Product Development and Marketing

  • Manage a team of 3 product managers US and UK based

What You Need:

  • 5 years relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development or Strategy

  • Proven ability to articulate strategic vision and realize e2e delivery of that vision

  • Strategic and commercially minded thinker who can bring disparate workstreams together into a cohesive product experience

  • Strong customer focus and a passion for the customer experience

  • Strong relationship building skills with proven ability to influence agendas and drive partner engagement

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and executive presence including client facing experience and presentation skills

  • Business and financial acumen with general manager/P&L ownership mindset

  • Strong people leader with experiencing supporting high performing, globally distributed team

Qualifications

Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
