About the Role/Overview

Position: Business Architect

Location : North America

Duration: Fulltime

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Architect you will work with teams across Capgemini’s Banking and Capital Markets practices, combining client insights, domain knowledge, market research, industry best practices and leading technology delivery capabilities to deliver measurable economic results for major financial services clients.

Provide leadership across the group Financial Services account portfolio - to deliver one or more services provided within the FS Transformation practice.

8-15+ years FS experience – (Ideally across banking, payments, cards and capital markets sub-sectors)

Strong executive presentation skills and matrix stakeholder engagement

Experience with modern digital transformation (e.g. envisioning the modern customer experience, driving insights from data, service-based operating models, cloud-based propositions and migration approaches etc)

Strong methodology e.g. ITIL, BIAN, IT Governance, Agile Governance, Operating Model Development, Business Case Management
