Meta Web Manager, Scaled Web Development in New York, New York

Summary:

The global Meta for Business Web Team runs the largest scaled channels which helps support businesses of all sizes. Our team develops innovative and transformative customer-centric web and digital experiences for Meta for Business and the entire Family of Apps and Services including Instagram Business, WhatsApp Business, Messenger Business, and more. We are seeking a Web Manager to focus on driving the experiences for our various audiences, including Businesses, Developers, Agencies, and Partners. The Web Manager will build and drive performance and optimization of the newest and most important marketing sites and experiences to educate, inspire, and convert audiences on our business, enterprise, and developer products. This individual will partner with marketers, data analysts, creatives, and engineering teams to deliver powerful data-driven insights to drive awareness, engagement, satisfaction, and conversion across our marketing websites. This role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support business goals and move our internal partners’ objectives forward in meaningful ways. This role is focused on the Global Business Marketing team, Brand & Creative teams as well as our Technology & Engineering partners, to ensure our web presence effectively tells the appropriate narrative and brings experiences to life that meet those business objectives and goals.

Required Skills:

Web Manager, Scaled Web Development Responsibilities:

  1. Build and drive our dedicated B2B web surfaces.

  2. Focus on building new capabilities, experiences and a roadmap for content and experiences across platforms.

  3. Lead the execution of B2B focused website initiatives (features/functionality, content, experiences) for the site based on business needs, data, insights, trends, etc.

  4. Define and drive key performance indicators and success metrics for B2B content and experiences.

  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables and lead project execution.

  6. Act as key liaison to web development teams & analytics to ensure website requirements are represented and supported and build deep subject matter expertise in Meta web technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in website management including a proven track record of success driving business impact on a global scale through web experiences.

  2. Understanding of the technical aspects of running a website, including analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management system, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, platform tools, localization, and budgeting.

  3. Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers, UX, developers, and content creators to craft compelling, high performing B2B web experiences.

  4. Trusted strategic partner and consensus builder with other teams, helping them translate business requirements into customer-centric web experiences.

  5. Highly effective collaborator within matrixed organizations, and abllity to drive cross-functional projects through to success with minimal guidance.

  6. Experience with communicating high-level strategy and technical details across teams, locations, and organizations, including leadership and non-technical audiences.

Public Compensation:

$96,000/year to $143,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
