JPMorgan Chase Vice President, Payments Trust and Security Product Manager in New York, New York

We are Payments Trust & Security, a team of talented product managers who prioritize and execute against the most impactful cross-bank initiatives to protect our customers from fraud and scams. In this role you will have an opportunity to work on challenging problems, influence leaders across the bank, and significantly impact customers' financial lives and experiences banking with Chase.

As a Vice President, Payments Trust & Security Product Manager within our high-growth, high-visibility team, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at safeguarding our customers from fraud and scams, while maintaining a balance between operational burden and customer friction.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead Payments Trust & Security initiatives to prevent fraud and scams while balancing delivering a great customer experience

  • Partner with Design, Data & Analytics, Risk, Technology, Authentication, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Lines of Business teams on key inputs and drive towards recommended approaches for product delivery

  • Develop executive presentations and communications on Payments Trust & Security key initiatives, product strategy, priorities, solution approaches

  • Conduct product discovery to assess its impact on fraud, scams, revenue, operational expenses, and customer experience

  • Monitor and analyze fraud and scam trends to identify issues and inform product prioritization

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in a mix of product management, project delivery, business operations, strategy, product technology and/or program management roles

  • Well-organized, proactive, results-driven with a proven track record of execution

  • Familiarity and experience in fraud and scam prevention

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders

  • Ability to influence and collaborate to build successful relationships across job functions

  • Proven examples of data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills

  • Self-starter, effectively solves problems and shares ideas for improvement

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Prior experience in Payments, Financial Services, or FinTech industry

  • Experience with Agile methodologies or a strong willingness to learn and adopt Agile practices
