Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research using methods such as interviews, surveys, usability tests, and field studies.

• Analyze research data to identify user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.

• Create comprehensive research reports and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate research insights into design recommendations.

• Develop and manage research tools, including questionnaires, interview guides, and usability test scripts.

• Stay current with UX research trends and methodologies to ensure best practices are applied.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a portfolio demonstrating your research work and impact.

• Proficiency in research tools and methods, including experience with user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present research findings effectively to diverse audiences.

• Ability to work independently and manage research projects from start to finish.
