EMPLOYER: DataDome Solutions, Inc.TITLE: US Lead Account Executive LOCATION: New York, NY (Remote work permitted from any location in the U.S.)DUTIES: Lead and supervise research efforts to enrich product feedback loop to develop new features to meet specific U.S. Enterprise prospects’ needs. Direct the development of long-term relationships to foster customer success and new business opportunities. Contribute to the ongoing re-evaluation of the whole Customer Journey to account for U.S. market practices and U.S. Enterprise prospects’ specific needs. Lead account executive teams in the U.S. to ensure successful closing of new Enterprise customers requiring technical development. Lead and coach the Squad 1 business development representative team to generate new opportunities in the U.S. market. Lead Sales team growth and marketing to help adjust product positioning in the U.S. Growth to adjust messaging to U.S. Enterprise prospects. Contribute to the onboarding and training of U.S.-based Solution Engineers (Pre-Sales Engineers), who then work together with U.S. Account Executives throughout the Sales Cycle. Play a catalyst role in the Account Executive to Account Manager handover at the customer’s signature. Work together with Sales Enablement to formalize existing processes and build onboarding and training materials. EOEREQTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Strategic Management, Technology Management, or a related field plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, as a Market Analyst, or a related position. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree in a stated field of study plus five (5) years of experience. Must have seven (7) (or five [5] with a Master’s) years of experience with: B2B Market; SaaS Business Model, originating and scaling strong and balanced customer pipelines; Ensuring high conversion rates for leads and opportunities; Carrying out negotiations and closing deals independently; and Providing constructive feedback to help Product Development and Market positioning cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, Legal and Technical teams to close complex deals. In addition, must have two (2) years of experience with all of the following: B2B Cybersecurity, including Online Fraud Prevention and Bot Protection; Leading a Sales team; and Opening a new market and driving a new pipeline and new sales within the cybersecurity sector.TRAVEL REQT: 15% domestic and international travel is required to various and unanticipated company and client sites.SALARY: $232,398 - $232,398 per yearHOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday-FridayAPPLY: https://datadome.co/open-positions/ & Filter by Office “DataDome NY” & Department “Sales,” then click "US Lead Account Executive REQ345".
