Job Description

Insight Global is looking to bring on a Systems Engineer for a investment management company that will need to sit onsite 3x a week in the NY location. On a day to day this person will be responsible for OS imaging and Wim creation (Windows 11), software packages, and O365 Administration with Powershell. They will also be responsible for doing monthly vulnerability management/patching remediations as well as any incident escalations from support to engineering in collaboration with L3 engineering team. This team supports Citrix environment and Secure access and will be responsible for any technical documentation and runbook creation.

Skills and Requirements

-7+ years IT experience with at least 3 years being in Engineering

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

-Experience with VMware and Hyper-V experience managing workstations and servers

-Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers

-Experience with PowerShell

-Any experience with Cloud Computing services (AWS, azure or GCP -certifications (CCNA, MCSA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) null
