FBG Enterprises Opco LLC Staff Technical Program Manager in NEW YORK, New York

Staff Technical Program Manager wanted by FBG Enterprises Opco LLC d/b/a Fanatics Betting and Gaming to work in New York, NY. Communicate, develop, and implement a data-driven strategy, approach, and roadmap for technical program management needs. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, inside and outside of Engineering, and collaborate with leaders to prioritize technical efforts and provide input on program features and capabilities. Drive technical and product programs by developing a deep understanding of Fanatics Betting and Gaming’s goals and desired outcomes. Work with Business as a liaison between them and Development teams in helping translate the goals into requirements and ensure they are fully vetted by the teams developing it. Own the new features being built from inception until release, ensuring they are digested by the team. Help with designing the overall architecture, closely monitor development, ensuring dependencies are met, assist in validating the completeness and accuracy of the built product before moving to Production. This also involves working with Product, Risk and Trading, Marketing and Engineering attestations before we make the feature customer facing. Once released, keep a check on KPIs and if there’s any further improvements needed to achieve the goals, while also monitoring any incidents reported and moving them to closure. Own features built within Promotions, Bonuses, Loyalty world along with being the leader for Cross-Selling opportunities and working with the engineering teams to transition an idea from Product Discovery to Reality. Please note that the Staff Technical Program Manager does not supervise other employees.Salary range from $157,768.00 to $243,815.00 per year plus benefits. Requires Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, or closely related, and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in technical project management using Six Sigma, SCRUM-Agile, Waterfall; or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or closely related and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the field which includes 1 year of experience in job offered or in technical project management, or any other qualifying combination of education, training, or experience.
