Major Duties: 1. Manages assigned account base of wealth management clients by working with clients and their professional advisors to develop a thorough understanding of the clients' needs and goals. Primarily responsible for leading client conversations that incorporate Northern Trusts Goals Driven Wealth Management and Holistic framework process.2. Maintains a working knowledge of various NT resources and utilizes knowledge, experience, and NT resources to identify opportunities for relationship enhancement including collaboration with Trust Advisors, Wealth Advisors, and Regional Wealth Advisors to provide holistic advice and solutions to clients and prospects.3. Exhibits knowledge of Advisory Practice services/offerings (including estate and financial planning), capital markets, banking products/offerings, asset management, financial planning and prudent investment principles.4. Cultivate relationships with and works closely with external advisors, including attorneys, accountants and other professionals, to deepen relationships and provide coordinated approach to client servicing.5. Understands and complies with internal policies, processes and procedures to effect prudent risk management and judgment including thorough knowledge of agency and custody account agreements and administrative and compliance related requirements. Recognizes relationship risk issues and seeks appropriate resolution.6. Grows existing book of business thorough additions and referrals and where appropriate, travels to meet with clients considering revenue, new business opportunities, or servicing requirements.7. Provides proactive advice to clients on NTs' products/services, emerging issues, and appropriate actions for the client. 8. Teaches and mentors less experienced partners. Provides leadership on projects and committeesKnowledge: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required Knowledge of financial products and services, usually acquired through related work experience, is required Knowledge of investments, fiduciary relationships, estate planning, financial planning, capital markets, banking and operations usually acquired through formal education or related experience is required Highly flexible and adaptable to change Technical skills / systems knowledge is required Skills in negotiating, problem solving, delegating, leadership, and sales are requiredExperience: A College or University degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in asset servicing, relationship management, personal trust, investment management or related fields is preferred.

Salary Range:
$200, 000-$300, 000 USD
